1. Overview By purchasing The VA Toolkit from HelperBee (operated by Aoife Bulman), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Digital Product & Delivery The VA Toolkit is a digital product. Upon successful payment, the toolkit will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for delivery, though in most cases it will arrive promptly. HelperBee is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or issues with your email provider. If you have not received your toolkit within 24 hours, please contact aoife@helperbee.ie.

3. No Refund Policy Due to the instant digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered once the toolkit has been delivered. Please ensure you are happy to proceed on this basis before completing your purchase.

4. No Liability The VA Toolkit is provided for informational and educational purposes only. While every effort has been made to ensure the resources are accurate, practical, and useful, HelperBee makes no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from use of the toolkit. The templates, scripts, and resources are provided as a starting point and should be reviewed and customised to suit your individual business circumstances. You are solely responsible for how you use the materials. HelperBee accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or claim arising directly or indirectly from the use of this toolkit, including but not limited to business decisions made on the basis of its content.

5. Intellectual Property All content included in The VA Toolkit - including but not limited to templates, scripts, worksheets, calculators, and written materials - is the sole intellectual property of Aoife Bulman / HelperBee and is protected under applicable copyright law.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own business purposes only. You may not:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or gift the toolkit or any of its contents to others
• Upload or make the materials available online in any format
• Reproduce or repurpose the content for commercial use or as part of your own products or offerings
• Claim the materials as your own work

Any unauthorised use or distribution of the toolkit contents constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in legal action.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising from your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
